Over the past decade, I have worked in the construction, engineering, and investment banking sectors. I have helped teams close deals and compete for some of Austalia’s biggest, most complex city-shaping projects.

With my broad skillset, I am able to pick up anything from programming custom Word templates, demystifying complex Excel formulas, formatting documents, and designing beautiful logos to managing an entire bid end-to-end. Social value and inclusion

I have a Master in Social Impact and advise teams on social value and social procurement initiatives, including evaluation and measurement. I have extensive experience working within the Victorian Social Procurement Framework (including Local Jobs First and Building Equality Policy) and other state policies, including the Indigenous Participation Policy and  Small and Medium Enterprises Policy Framework.

I also have a track record working with social enterprises - helping them scale and diversify their businesses to increase impact.
