THE ORIGIN STORY
Since my very first bid as a young, eager, not-yet-jaded submissions coordinator, I’ve been collecting skills and honing my craft. I stepped into the forgotten spaces, made them work, and kept learning.
The saola, also known as the “Asian unicorn”, is a rare animal and nearly impossible to find. Much like someone who can write, design, strategise, build a financial model in Excel, and create a custom Word ribbon without tears.
Some clients hire me because they know exactly what they need . But often, they hire me because they don’t, but know I’ll cover the gaps. “I need a unicorn” is what they tell me.

HOW I WORK: ATTITUDE + ZEN
I’m not precious. I’ll push where it matters, but I know when something isn’t worth dying in a ditch over. My aim is progress, not ego.
I thrive in the messy middle, connecting dots no one else sees. Whether it’s building tools, shaping strategy, or managing an entire bid, I stay calm, keep things moving and make sure everything lands where it needs to.

I’ve worked with Lendlease, BESIX Watpac, CPB Contractors, Acciona, Pacific Partnerships, UGL, Transgrid, Hyundai, Samsung and more — helping close the deal on some of Australia’s most complex infrastructure projects.
Micro-managers. Big personalities. Professional procrastinators. And the ones who proudly announce they “don’t do SharePoint.”
