What you get

I have led complex bids across a variety of contract structures, sectors and jurisdictions

I bring considerable experience from some of Australia’s biggest projects, including PPPs, Alliances, D&C, Construct Only, Managing Contractor (Defence), EPC and ECI. I’ve developed branding, created win themes and messaging, coached teams, facilitated workshops, navigated through complex and often difficult personalities, connected with social enterprises, set up charitable trusts, devised training hubs and social value initiatives, written style guides and management plans, created custom templates, designed hundreds of SharePoint sites, created countless writing plans, edited thousands of words, drawn countless diagrams, and everything in between.

With a Master in Social Impact through the Center for Social Impct (Swinburne University), my passion is creating value for communities and levelling the playing field for marginalised cohorts and people living in entrenched disadvantage. I am a champion for social value and procurement and creating better outcomes through place-based initiatives, measurement and analysis. Projects include:

  • F5 Collective (Theory of Change, Impact measurement, Foundation set up)
