Jan writes, codes, designs and fixes chaos. Kirby and Pip contribute general vibes and ensure work-life balance, usually by force.

Jan runs the submissions, tames Word for a living, keeps social value front and centre, and designs just well enough that nobody questions the lack of a “real” graphic designer. She also works on theories of change, charitable trusts, and government policy

CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER
Kirby takes morale very seriously. He specialises in walk scheduling, ball retrieval, and staring deeply into your soul until snacks appear. When he’s not supervising or dramatically sighing, he’s asleep on the job which, statistically, is most of the time.

CHIEF TREAT STRATEGIEST
Pip runs a tight cuddle-based management style. He monitors soft toy usage, ensures all socks and other personal belongings are stolen, and provides emotional support. He may be little, but his commitment to snack acquisition is unmatched.
